Sochi Ilomechina-Edoja, PCC

Faculty Head and Lead Coach

Sochi is an Internationally Accredited and Certified Professional Transition Coach, a John Mattone Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach, a professional facilitator, speaker and a trained Team Development Consultant. She is also a British Psychological Society (BPS) Certified Occupational and Psychometric Test User and a NEO Personality Assessor. She has over 15 years’ experience in business development, training, team building and development as well as corporate coaching. She specializes in transforming high potential individuals to dynamic leaders.

Sochi is the Lead Coach and Managing Director of TBA Consults and has developed and facilitated several programmes in topics such as Team Building and Development, Building and Leading High Performing Teams, Personal Effectiveness, Coaching and Mentoring Skills. She was instrumental launching the first indigenous International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Programme in West Africa, Centre for CoRe Coaching and has trained several Certified Coaches in Nigeria and beyond.

She has coached numerous individuals and teams across the different levels of leadership in every sector. Her client base spans beyond Nigeria having coached individuals across Africa, Europe and the United States, helping them articulate their vision, goals and objectives. She partners with her clients aiding them in raising their level of awareness and consciousness on the effects of behaviour on employee attitudes and engagement. She is passionate about people and learning and has a keen interest in engagement and moving employees from compliance to commitment.

Sochi is a founding member of the Nigeria Chapter of the world-renowned International Coaching Federation. She served on the board as the Director of Membership, Director of Education and was the Chapter President from 2022 – 2024.

Oyebisi Adebambo

Head Of Administration

With a robust 14-year-plus professional experience, Oyebisi Adebambo has extensive expertise in the strategic domains of curriculum development, performance evaluation, learning and development, business development, organisational psychology and Learning Management Systems (LMS) management.

She holds an M.Ed. in Educational Management  from the National Open University and an MBA in Organizational Behaviour & Psychology from Olabisi Onabanjo University.

In her previous role as Head, of Learning and Development (Academic Administrator) at the Postgraduate School of Credit and Financial Management under the National I lnstitute of Credit Administration ( NICA ), she orchestrated a noteworthy 50% surge in business revenue, fortifying LMS frameworks, and establishing strategic collaborations with government bodies and universities.

Her tenure as the Provost at WeCare College of Health Technology was marked by a remarkable 150% revenue augmentation, an elevated HRM framework, and an emphasis on 21st-century tutorship, ensuring the graduation of healthcare professionals adept at meeting contemporary challenges.

Oyebisi is committed to excellence and strategic foresight, and a unique blend of educational leadership and business acumen.

Ajibola Ponnle

Coach Training Faculty

Ajibola is an accomplished and result orientated Business psychologist and Coach with demonstrated competence in partnering with businesses to design and implement solutions that enhance organisational capacity through experiential individual and team development.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of London. She is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in various fields ranging from finance and business audit to team development consultancy. She started her career with Arthur Andersen, having worked in various units including audit, process re-engineering, and HR consultancy. She joined British American Tobacco as one of the founding pre-merger staff and rose quickly to a senior leadership position as the youngest Senior Management staff in 2000. She pioneered the establishment of a new Finance Business Partner Unit and was a member of both the Marketing and the Finance top management teams and acted as Executive Secretary to the BATs Top Team.

Ajibola has a passion for learning and with particular interest in long term cognitive and behavioural training transfer. This led to the establishment of Teambuilding Africa Consultancy in 2007, a strategic partner of Teambuilding USA and E3 Performance UK. Ajibola leads the team to develop and design customized value-added solutions focusing on individual and team learning and growth using experiential and accelerated learning techniques. She has gone through various intensive training programs in experiential training techniques and organization learning. She is a certified Behavioural Analyst and Life and Core Energy Coach (the first in Nigeria), a Level A and B certified Psychometrics Assessor and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.

Ajibola is the Chapter President of the Nigeria Chapter of the world renowned International Coaching Federation (ICF), a member of Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and a Board member of the Executive Coaching Advisory Board for Africa. Her niche is Corporate Coaching with a specialisation in Leadership and Team Coaching.

Eseohe Kanu

Coach Training Faculty

Eseohe Kanu is a certified professional facilitator and coach. She is the owner of IyvaGreen Advisory a company that provides HR services such as designing and implementing learning and developmental programs, providing career, performance and transition coaching, and managing generalist HR services for various organizations. Eseohe also serves as an independent facilitator & instructional designer for several academies.

In the capacity of learning management and instructional design professional, Eseohe has worked and partnered with several multinational / indigenous organizations and academies to design, develop and implement a number of courses ranging from Organization-wide Leadership development programs, Coaching & Mentoring programs, communication & Soft skills Acquisition programs, Customer Service to Product Awareness & Knowledge. She has also designed and partnered (with various organizations) to manage other non-training and more experiential learning interventions including Mentorship programs, performance improvement coaching, outplacement coaching & workshops, ‘strategy and team-building’ sessions.

As a HR consultant Eseohe works with SME’s to establish and implement their HR framework, develop and document HR processes, implement on-boarding & orientation services, handle soft recruitment, manage employee relations, the performance cycle and employee development.

Eseohe is also a BOT member with the Fotodadi Foundation (a non-profit organization that provides financially supports the education of disadvantaged fatherless & orphaned children) and serves as a life coach and mentor for HopeAlive (a group that works with widows in Nigeria to provide empowerment sessions). Eseohe is also involved with mentoring young adults. She has a passion for people development and is excited to see people get to their “AHA’ moments.

Eseohe is also an avid travel adventurer. She is married with 2 children.

Yanju Olomola

Coach Training Faculty

Adeyanju Olomola, a Certified Professional Coach, works with and supports senior leaders, especially women, to let go of self-doubt so they can successfully navigate leadership transitions with confidence and impact. Her niche is Leadership and Organisational Coaching. In addition to coaching, she supports learning and development programs within organisations through training and blended learning facilitation techniques. She is a signatory to the Principles for Learning by the International Finance Corporation.

Prior to setting up her Coaching Practice, she worked in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry with 20 years of diversified experience. In addition to her last role as Key Accounts Director, she was a member of the capability development unit responsible to building leadership competencies within the Key Accounts team.

A member of the International Coaching Federation, she holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. She is a certified John Mattone Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach, an Extended DISC & FinxS Accredited Consultant, a Narrative Coach Enhanced Practitioner and a Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach. She is the Lead Coach/CEO of The Source Coaching Ltd, an Associate Coach with CoachHub, a Senior Coach & Trainer with TNM Coaching and a Fellow Coach with BetterUP (global digital coaching companies).

She has 1000+ client coaching hours and has coached leaders across multiple industries and cultures in both Private and Public Sectors – State Government, Telecommunications, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Agriculture, FinTech, Healthcare. She leads Group Coaching sessions through her firm’s Professionals in Motion platform.
